In a pioneering experiment, a robotic sample preparation platform, driven by artificial intelligence (AI) was used to undertake simultaneous experiments at both Diamond Light Source, the UK’s National Synchrotron, and the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source, the UK’s National Neutron and Muon Source.
